Place your order, then send us your photo/artwork via email or WhatsApp. We create a design draft and confirm it with you before production.
How long does it take?
Custom items take about 2 weeks to produce, plus shipping time.
Do you ship to my country?
We offer free worldwide shipping to 21 supported countries. If your country is not selectable at checkout, contact us to arrange an offline order.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days with photos and we’ll repair or replace it.
Can I return a custom item?
Because items are made to order from your photo, we cannot accept returns for change-of-mind. See our Refund & Returns policy.
